 Al Ain Club is considered one of the most prominent sports clubs in the United Arab Emirates and the Arab region. The club was founded on August 1, 1968 in Al Ain City in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and is the main sports representative of the city. Since its establishment, the club has achieved many achievements and championships that have established its position as one of the leading clubs in the region.





Club History: Al Ain Club was founded by a group of young men who learned the rules of football from British soldiers in the region. The team started with friendly matches against local and international teams, and quickly gained wide fame. In 1974, Al Ain Club was merged with Al Tadamon Club, which enhanced the team's strength and position in the sports arena.


Achievements and Championships: Al Ain Club is considered the most crowned club in the Emirates, as it has achieved many local and continental championships, most notably:


UAE Professional League: Won the title 14 times.


President's Cup: Won the championship 7 times.


UAE Super Cup: Won the title 5 times.


AFC Champions League: Won the championship in 2003 and 2024, becoming the first Emirati club to achieve this continental title twice.

Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium: It is considered one of the most modern stadiums in the region, and can accommodate more than 23,000 spectators.


Khalifa Bin Zayed Stadium: It is used for matches and training, and has witnessed many championships and sporting events.


Logo and colors: Al Ain Club's logo features an image of Al Jahili Fort, which symbolizes the city's ancient history. The team's colors are purple and gold, as purple was adopted in 1977 after a training camp in Morocco, where the team admired the colors of the Belgian club Anderlecht and decided to adopt them.
